Bank-Level Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256 encryption. Your financial data is never stored in plain text. We use the same encryption standards as major financial institutions.

Secure Plaid Integration

TripTrace connects to your financial accounts through Plaid, the industry-standard platform trusted by thousands of financial apps. We never see, store, or have access to your bank login credentials. Plaid provides read-only access to transaction data — nothing more.

No Government Sharing

TripTrace never shares your data with USCIS, CBP, DHS, or any other government agency — domestic or foreign. Your travel history is generated for your personal use only. You decide what to include in your application.

30-Day Data Retention

Your transaction data is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems 30 days after collection. We don't keep your financial data indefinitely. After the retention period, it's gone — permanently and irreversibly.

Export & Delete Anytime

You can export your travel history at any time during your 30-day access window. You can also request immediate deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us — no questions asked.

Your Data, Your Control

Only you can see your travel history. There are no shared dashboards, no team accounts, and no way for anyone else to access your data. You have full control to add, edit, or remove any trip before exporting.
